The state of Florida Supreme Court has passed a verdict that will allow medical marijuana to be on their November ballot. After an estimated 700,000 signatures, the Supreme Court has finally approved the language on the ballot. Furthermore, a person cannot obtain a medical marijuana license without a “debilitating condition.”
