In what has been deemed ” One of the bloodiest days of clashes yet”, European Union ministers have agreed to impose sanctions on Ukrainian officials. According to BBC News, 21 anti-government protesters were killed today in Kiev (the capital of Ukraine). Furthermore, there has been video evidence of a total of 67 police officers being held captive by anti-government protestors. The health ministry of Ukraine reports 57 dead and a total of 571 injured since Tuesday.
