-Vic Mensa’s trajectory seems to be going nowhere else but up and his latest single, the Chicago house-infused track “Down On My Luck” , proves that the young rapper has major cross-over ability. The new video represents what anyone out on the town has wished for at one point or another: infinite do-overs. As Mensa makes one questionable decision after another while in the club, he’s given the chance to change the outcome of his night as many times as needed. It’s actually pretty cool seeing this fantastical trial and error play out. Mensa should definitely have a breakout year in 2014.-
