In a nation where processed foods and GMOs reign supreme, it was only a matter of time to see Organic Food sales rising in the U.S. According to the OTA (Organic Trade Association), Organic sales were the highest in 2013 more than any of the previous years ever recorded. Times states that these sales increased by 11.5% ($31.5 Billion) increase in sales.
