According to Vox, master’s degrees have risen by 43% since 2002. Unfortunately, however, this also means so has student debt. Though this should be deemed as an advance in our society, Vox describes the growing increase of degrees in correlation to the rigorous job qualifications present in the United States. In fact, Vox further states that master’s degrees are just as common now as regular undergraduate degrees were in the 1960’s.
With tuition steadily rising and job employment declining, do you think this type of work structure will continue to demand higher degree qualifications?
