A Georgia man who “unintentionally” left his toddler in the back seat of his car for seven hours has been charged with 2nd degree murder. Justin Ross Harris, 33, claims he did not know his son was left in the back of his SUV on June 18th. However, according to the prosecutor’s evidence, Harris went to his car within the 7 hour span, but didn’t “realize his son was in the backseat”. Also, evidence shows Justin Harris searched “how long does it take for animals to die in hot car”. Furthermore, evidence also states that the Harris couple had a total of $27,000 of life insurance policies for their son. While we aren’t legal experts, we can honestly agree that Justin Harris should be convicted of his son’s tragic death.
