Vice President of Product at AOL, Ryan Block, is heard trying to disconnect his service with Comcast Services, however, the customer service representative did not want to take ‘No’ for an answer!
It’s safe to say that thanks to the embarrassment stemming from this incident, the customer service representative probably will be without a job pretty soon. This story is pretty significant because Comcast is seeking to join forces with Time Warner in a $45 Billion merger deal. This audio will definitely not help pitch their case to the Government in any positive aspects, but best of luck Comcast!
