John Wall & Bradley Beal Get Cut From Team USA roster

unnamed

ESPN’s Marc Stein reports that the young Washington Wizards backcourt of John Wall & Bradley Beal will be cut from the FIBA “World Cup” roster. This comes as news today as head coach Mike Krzyzewski & Chairman Jerry Colangelo work to select the 12-men roster for the International basketball tournament that starts later this month. Team USA also cut Atlanta Hawks forward Paul Millsap. After dealing with horrific injury of Paul George this past weekend; the players & coaching staff have decided to rally together and continue with the pursuit of a Gold Medal in this year’s International tournament in the honor of their country & Paul George. However, that rally cry also calls for business as usual, which means two great young players in Beal & Wall are now having to make other plans for the duration of their summer. Here are the remaining players competing for the 12-man roster for USA.
