Styled after the historical model Type 41 Royale, the final Veyron Legends Edition will be released at Pebble Beach this month. According to Motor Trend:
‘The Legends Edition Ettore Bugatti is inspired by a 1932 Type 41 Royale chassis number 41111, which features a two-tone exterior. The front and side panels including the hood, mirror bases and housings, door handles, bumper corners, wings, and doors are made from hand-polished aluminum protected with a clear coat, while the rear, side panels, and A-pillar trim are finished in exposed dark blue carbon fiber. The Legends Edition Ettore Bugatti sits on a set of polished, diamond-cut split eight-spoke wheels with a dark blue finish. Those wheels are inspired by a set of lightweight wheels Ettore Bugatti designed for racing in the 1920s, and bear his name as a nod to the engineer’s contribution to aluminum wheel technology. The exterior styling is capped by platinum-coated badges and Ettore Bugatti’s signature engraved into the fuel cap.’
