TIMES: Pedro Bravo In Court

Murder suspect, Pedro Bravo, is in recent news for his conviction of all 7 charges, including a first degree murder charge. Pedro is said to have drugged and strangled his roommate Christian Aguila to death back in September of 2012. Bravo, a former University of Florida student, was said to have committed this gruesome act because of Christian Aguila’s infatuation with Bravo’s former girlfriend Erika Friman. Despite the alleged murder taken place September of 2012, forensic experts and investigators were able to extract key evidence from Pedro Bravo’s phone. In fact, the evidence found from Bravo’s phone is not only irreversible, but just flat-out sick!

According to CBS Miami, prosecutors recovered conclusive evidence by showing the courtroom a screenshot of Pedro Bravo telling  ‘Siri’ ” I need to hide my roommate”. After doing so, reports show that Siri  creepily replied back with “What kind of place are you looking for?”.

To make matters worst, forensic investigators were able to track Bravo and Aguila’s location the day of the murder due to their iPhone’s signal.  Bravo’s and Aguila’s iPhone data show that they were both present at Walmart hours before the murder took place. Moreover, evidence shows that Bravo’s ‘Flashlight App’ was accessed for nearly an hour later that evening!

–“I can tell that the phone is still on, it tells me the phone was intentionally disconnected from the network,” said Goeckel.

“I see activation time,” said Goeckel indicated the phone app, “It’s 48 minutes and 18 seconds.”

Prosectors used the forensic evidence to infer that the flashlight app was used out in the woods where Aguilar’s body was buried.–

On Monday, Bravo admitted that he got into an altercation with Christian in which Bravo admitted to beating Aguila up in his car, but not killing his roommate. Bravo states that after pushing Aguila out of his car, he left Christian alive in the woods  and “hoped that he was ok”.

In court, Prosecutors showed a video of Bravo purchasing a shovel, knife and more when leaving Walmart the night of this gruesome incident.

Christian Aguila’s body was found weeks later in a wooded area near 60 miles west of Gainesville, Florida.
