Looks like Austrian Felix Baumgartner wasn’t able to hold on to the Skydiving world record for too long! As of yesterday, Google executive Alan Eustace broke the 2012 record by completing a “free-fall” from 130,000ft. Alan Eustace’s top free-fall speed reached approximately 822mph (1.08 Mach)! This skydive was said to be a project designed by the Paragon Space Development Corp. This record completion took place over New Mexico. According to The Guardian, it took Alan Eustace two hours to reach 135,890 feet. Check out the video below!
