Shortly after a breakfast meeting in Seoul, reports indicate that militant nationalist, Kim Ki-Jong, attacked US Ambassador Mark Lippert wielding a knife.
According to BBC News, North Korea deemed this attack as “just punishment for US warmongers”. However, South Korean President Park Guen-hye showed disdain of this attack calling it an “attack on the South Korea-US alliance”.
