The Kyiv Post reports that the Ukrainian government has refused to remove their soldiers from Crimea to avoid Russian soldiers of intervening their territory.
“Crimea was, is, and will be our territory,” said Defense Minister Ihor Tenyukh in a statement delivered at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center on March 17. – Kyviv Post
Though heated tensions have decreased in recent days between Ukraine and Russia, Ukrainian soldiers are prepared to stand guard.
Though no one knows the outcome of Russia and Crimea, we hope war is not the outcome!
