Earlier this week Akira Toriyama & Toei Animation announced that a new production for the Dragon Ball series will begin in 2015. The new Dragon Ball Super, will be the first new series since Dragon Ball GT which started 18 years ago. The new series will follow the events of the more recently released DBZ films Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection “F” and will debut in Japan sometime in the summer. There has yet to be any discussions about when this new series will make it’s way to America but rest assured when it does, FUNimation will be ready to present it to the masses. If this announcement wasn’t enough to get DBZ fans excited here’s a short preview of the Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection “F” movie to give fans an idea about where this new series will be taking us.
