Jemel Roberson was working as a Security Guard at a local bar outside of Chicago when a shooting incident took place. While police were dispatched and on the way to the scene, Jemel had already pinned the suspect and calmed the local bar customers.
Upon arrival of police, a Midlothian Police officer shot at Jemel Roberson four times for no reason! Of course the officer stated that he believed Jemel to be the suspect, however, this video shows proof that the officer was already alerted that Jemel was indeed NOT the prime suspect.
